SHRED

Blkouts Shred classes run Monday - Thursday. The program will alternate between testing aspects of your mental and physical endurance, while pushing to see how well your body can perform in high intensity, short, sharp workouts. These classes are all about digging deep and seeing what you are capable of!

BUILD

Blkout’s Build class will also run Monday - Thursday. In these classes you will find yourself stripping movements back to perfect technique, slowing reps down, increasing the weight lifted. Our Build class is programmed in 4-6 week blocks to ensure you are given ample amount of time to perfect your lifts and improve your strength and movement patterns.

WEIGHT LIFTING

Finish off your week with BLKOUT's Weight Lifting class! Our coaches will go through the correct technique for Olympic Weight lifting movements that you will be performing in other classes throughout the week. We also have a portion of this class which is focused on Mobility which will will reduce your risk of injury!

Team

This class is all about coming together and working as one! Putting the week's efforts into place and grinding it out for one final workout of the week! Energy and vibes are high in these classes.

Full Body Strength

Blkouts FBS class will run on Monday & Friday mornings. In these classes you will work all muscle groups. A combination of slow heavy strength movements as well as speed and power. Our FBS class is programmed in 4-6 week blocks to ensure you are given ample amount of time to perfect your lifts and improve your strength and movement patterns.

The main difference between Power Training vs strength Training is that strength refers to the ability to overcome resistance, while power refers to the ability to overcome resistance in the shortest period of time. As the name suggests, power training is aimed at increasing power, which is the product of both strength and speed. Optimal power reflects how quickly you can exert force to produce the desired movement.

Run club

All fitness levels are welcome for a 5km walk, jog or run along Cronulla esplanade. Meet at meet at Bianchinis, North Cronulla.

stretch

45 minutes of stretching and mobility exercises to ensure you are relaxing the muscles before or after exercise to keep you from becoming injured or overly tight. We will perform a variety of stretching techniques including: static holds, dynamic movements whilst also incorporating foam rollers and trigger point balls.
