Build is all about mastering the fundamentals and developing true, lasting strength. In these sessions, we slow things down to focus on perfecting technique, increasing control, and progressively lifting heavier with purpose.
You’ll strip back the complexity, dial in your form, and commit to improving movement quality—one rep at a time. Build is programmed in 4–6 week training blocks to give your body and mind the time they need to adapt, progress, and grow stronger.
Whether you're new to lifting or ready to take your training to the next level, Build provides the structure and focus to help you move better, lift heavier, and feel stronger from the inside out.

This class is all about coming together and working as one! It’s your chance to put the week’s hard work into action and grind it out with one final, powerful workout.
With energy and vibes running high, these sessions are designed to bring the community together, pushing through challenges and celebrating progress side by side. Whether it’s Friday to close out the week or Saturday to kick off the weekend, expect a motivating, high-intensity environment where everyone leaves feeling strong and accomplished.

Blkout’s FBS class delivers a full-body strength workout that targets all major muscle groups. Combining slow, heavy strength movements with explosive speed and power exercises, this class offers a balanced approach to building muscle and enhancing athletic performance.
Programmed in 4–6 week blocks, FBS ensures you have the time and structure needed to perfect your technique, increase your strength, and refine your movement patterns. POWER
Saturday Mornings
Power Training focuses on developing explosive strength—your ability to overcome resistance quickly and efficiently. While strength is about how much force you can generate, power is about how fast you can generate that force. This class is designed to help you improve both speed and strength, enhancing your overall athletic performance.
Through targeted exercises, you’ll train your body to produce maximum force in the shortest amount of time, improving everything from sprinting and jumping to everyday functional movements. If you want to boost your power and move with greater speed and control, this Saturday morning class is made for you.

RUN CLUB
Wednesday Mornings
All fitness levels are welcome to join our Run Club for a 5km walk, jog, or run along Cronulla Esplanade. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned runner, this group is all about enjoying movement together in a supportive, friendly environment.
To keep things fresh and exciting, we explore a new route each week. Meet us Barefoot on the Beach, South Cronulla, Get ready to move, connect, and have fun.

STR & CON
Friday mornings
A full-body strength and conditioning session designed to build muscle and boost endurance. Expect compound lifts followed by conditioning.
All levels welcome, options and progressions provided.

INTERVAL WEIGHT TRAINING
Wednesday morning & night
A high-energy, CrossFit-inspired session.
We kick off with a focused strength block. Think barbell lifts like power cleans or snatches where you’ll progressively build load and refine technique.
From there, we move into a conditioning interval finisher combining functional movements, gymnastics skills and metabolic work to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance.
Expect skills such as:
• Handstands & wall walks
• Toes to bar
• Barbell cleans
• Functional bodyweight and dumbbell movements
Every workout is programmed with scalable options and regressions, making it suitable for all levels:
✔️ New to training? We’ll modify handstands to over head press or kettlebell swings, toes to bar to hanging knee raises, and barbell work to dumbbells or lighter loads.
✔️ Experienced? Push intensity, increase load, and level up your skill progressions.
