BUILD
Monday – Thursday
Build is all about mastering the fundamentals and developing true, lasting strength. In these sessions, we slow things down to focus on perfecting technique, increasing control, and progressively lifting heavier with purpose.
You’ll strip back the complexity, dial in your form, and commit to improving movement quality—one rep at a time. Build is programmed in 4–6 week training blocks to give your body and mind the time they need to adapt, progress, and grow stronger.
Whether you're new to lifting or ready to take your training to the next level, Build provides the structure and focus to help you move better, lift heavier, and feel stronger from the inside out.

This class is all about coming together and working as one! It’s your chance to put the week’s hard work into action and grind it out with one final, powerful workout.

Saturday Mornings
Power Training focuses on developing explosive strength—your ability to overcome resistance quickly and efficiently. While strength is about how much force you can generate, power is about how fast you can generate that force. This class is designed to help you improve both speed and strength, enhancing your overall athletic performance.
Through targeted exercises, you’ll train your body to produce maximum force in the shortest amount of time, improving everything from sprinting and jumping to everyday functional movements. If you want to boost your power and move with greater speed and control, this Saturday morning class is made for you.

Wednesday Mornings
All fitness levels are welcome to join our Run Club for a 5km walk, jog, or run along Cronulla Esplanade. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned runner, this group is all about enjoying movement together in a supportive, friendly environment.
To keep things fresh and exciting, we explore a new route each week. Meet us Barefoot on the Beach, South Cronulla, Get ready to move, connect, and have fun.

STRETCH & MOBILITY
Friday Mornings
Recovery is just as important as training—and our 45-minute Stretch & Mobility class is designed to help you do it right. This session focuses on relaxing tight muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall movement quality to keep you injury-free and performing at your best.
Using a mix of static stretches, dynamic movements, foam rolling, and trigger point therapy, we target key areas to reduce muscle tension and support faster recovery.
